High security commercial sites. The shutter is suited to shops, banks and museums, where both security and transparency are essential. The shutter offers a maximum surface area of up to 50m² mounted externally, and 72m² internally.

Eurolook® shutters are available in many forms and the standard system can be upgraded to classification as ram-raid resistant. The shutter can be powder coated any RAL colour and there are mini-links for smaller areas (surcharges apply). Eurolook® Standard is available in transparent, frosted and ventilated variants, as well as in a transparent version with a coating against scratches and graffiti.

The transparent armour of the Eurolook®- Standard is crystal clear, offers a transparency of 83%, and allows 92% daylight transmission. Because the Eurolook® Standard is UV-stabilised, it does not discolour or yellow, and remains crystal clear for many years.

Curtain Grille

The Eurolook®-Standard armour is made of synthetic links of polycarbonate. These links are built in brick formation making it extremely secure with a maximum flexibility.

Eurolook® Standard is the only transparent façade shutter in Europe that has obtained the SKG Class 3 against the strict European standards ENV 1627-1630.

Eurolook® shutters have been tested to BS 476: Part 7 (1997), respecting the spread of flame across the surface of a material, achieving the highest possible Class 1 rating. The shutter has also been awarded a Pass according to the Aerospace safety standard ABD0031 respecting smoke and toxic gas emissions.  

Enclosure / Housing

Not supplied as standard. Galvanised steel housing available (surcharge applies), with or without RAL / BS powder coated finish. Plate sizes vary dependent on motor.

Operation

NRG Econom tubular motor with internal rocker or external key switch as standard, or GfA three phase motor with push button control. Safety brake as appropriate to comply with legislation, manual override facility and crank handle as required (surcharge applies). Numerous control option variants such as group, remote or mobile phone activation.
