Medium to high security domestic and commercial sites, up to 12m². A polyurethane foam core offers enhanced heat and sound insulation, while optional integrated ventilation slots enable light ingress and airflow when the shutter is lowered.

Curtain Slat

Aluminium double skinned polyester powder-coated slat with polyurethane foam insulating core. Vented and unvented options available. Hard foam version also available on request for improved performance. 

Colours: White, cream, brown, beige, fir green, grey, silver or black as standard. Other colours available on request.

Enclosure / Housing

Roll-formed aluminium enclosure with pressure-moulded aluminium alloy end caps. Circular housing available as an option.

Colours: White and brown as standard. Option to powder coat any BS / RAL colour (surcharge applies).

Guide Channels / Bottom Slat

Extruded aluminium guide channels and bottom slat with brush and rubber weather seals. Guide width 66mm or 75mm.

Colours: White and brown as standard. Option to powder coat any BS / RAL colour (surcharge applies).

Operation

Electric: Somfy tubular motor and internal rocker or external key switch as standard. Safety brake as appropriate to comply with legislation. Manual override facility & crank handle as required (surcharge applies). Numerous control option variants such as group, remote or mobile phone activation.

Cord Belt: A swivel winder coils the shutter belt within a compact box.

Rod and Crank: Geared rod and crank handle winds the shutter.

Spring and Lock: A counter-balanced spring assembly with a key-lock bottom slat & handles.
