Applications

A roller shutter of the highest available security level for use on sites such as government premises, police stations, banks, and utilities supply installations. The Steelroll i100 Elite SR4 has been tested by the Loss Prevention Certification Board LPS1175 (7.0), rated SR4, and awarded 'Secured by Design' status. Internal face fix installation only. CE marked to harmonised product standard BSEN 13241-1:2003. 

LOCKING MECHANISMS 

The Steelroll i100 incorporates a bullet locking system situated 1 meter from ground level, fixed to each guide channel; side anchors inside guide; central ground anchor on the bottom lath on shutters over 3 meters wide. Lock isolator kits available to prohibit operation of the shutter while in the locked condition.

CURTAIN SLAT

Double skinned mild steel insulated slat with 81mm face and optional insulated core. Wall thickness 1.2mm. Concealed reinforcement bars and security end locks fitted. 

Colour: Galvanised finish. Option to powder coat any RAL / BS colour or choose from a range of plastisol finishes (surcharges applies).

OPERATION

Electric: Outboard Motor = GfA Safedrive & Ranger three phase motors with TS959 push button control station as standard. Motors can be direct drive, chain drive or in-line design. Final configuration will be project specific but all motors incorporate a chain manual override facility. Numerous control option variants such as timed closure, group or mobile phone activation.
