Steelroll is Aluroll's Steel Shutter brand. Steelroll's high quality security shutters are manufactured in a separate factory at Aluroll in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001.
STEELROLL S76 RANGE
The Steelroll S76 range use a solid 76mm profile steel slat. The slats, enclosures and guide channels can be powder coated to any RAL colour and are available in Plastisol. The S76 slats can have vision slats integrated, V76 (punched) and / or P76 (perforated), when additional light and visibility is required.
STEELROLL P76 & V76 RANGE
The Steelroll P76 & V76 range use a perforated or punched 76mm solid profile steel slat to increase light and vision. The slats, enclosures and guide channels can be powder coated to any RAL colour and are available in Plastisol. The P76 & V76 slats can be used as standalone slats or integrated with the Steelroll S76 profile.
STEELROLL i95, i77 & i100 RANGE
The Steelroll i95, i77 & i100 use a double skinned polyester powder coated slat with a polyurethane foam insulating core. The slats, enclosures and guide channels are available in any RAL colour and are available in Plastisol. The i100 can be upgraded to either LPCB SR3 or SR4 LPCB approved rating, with an optional insulated core on the SR3.
Steelroll Fire Shutter Range
The Steelroll Fire Shutter range use a specially treated solid S76 steel slat. They are designed to contain fire in particular sections of a building and automatically descend in the event of a fire. The slats, enclosures and guide channels can be powder coated to any RAL colour and are also available in Plastisol.
Steelroll Tube & Link Security Grille
The Steelroll Tube & Link Security Grille consists of 8mm steel rods enclosed in 13 mm diameter aluminium tubes. Tubes can be powder coated any RAL Colour.
